Getting the size right
The wrong size is the most common reason cooling mats get sent back, so it's worth thirty seconds before you order:
Measure your pet lying down, stretched out, nose to tail. Pick a mat at least that long.
Between two sizes? Go up. A mat that's too small only cools part of your pet, which defeats the point.
Going in a crate, bed, or car seat? Measure that space too and size to whichever is smaller.
