• Free US shipping on orders $40 and up; $4.95 flat rate under $40
• Order processing: 1-3 business days
• US delivery: typically 10-15 business days from order date
• Every order includes a tracking number, emailed as soon as it ships

Returns

• 30-day returns on all products
• To start a return, email support@pethavo.com with your order number
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is processed
